Membership Cost

Gym Equipment
Machines: Hammer Strength free-weight loading machines and other various brands which include t-bar row, chest press at various angles, shoulder press, bicep curl, various row machines, 3 leg press machines, hack squat machine and independent leg – leg press, V-Squat and Reverse Hyper. Iron Works also has plate machines, there was a variety of machines including leg extension and leg curl, chest press, chest fly, shoulder press, various adjustable cable pull down and row machines along with tricep press down machine and curl and lat pull down machines.
Free-weights: There are 3 power racks with platforms and two mini racks, 1 incline bench press, 5 bench press, and decline. Iron works does have a belt squat machine that works very well. Various rubber coated free-weights from 2.5 to 45 lb plates. Also Dumbbells range from 5 lb to 120 lbs.
Cardio Equipment: Stairmaster, elliptical, treadmills, bikes and rowers
Facility Amenities
Bathrooms: Separate male and Female bathrooms which have bathroom stalls, locker room, with mirrored counter areas and sauna.
Stretching area: small stretching area with smaller medicine ball and rollers
Snack Bar: various types of protein drinks, preworkout, protein bars and various brands of protein and other supplements.
Facility Amenities
Unique Features: Crossfit area out back – yes with dumbbells, racks and bumper plates in the cross fit area when it is open. Iron works has a half court basketball court and a swimming pool. Iron works also has a separate women’s workout area with machines and dumbbells. There is also turf track that’s about 25 yards long that can be used to push sleds or any other movements.
Community & Atmosphere
Community and other notes:. The front desk have always been professional, and friendly. This gym is not a corporate gym and does not have the corporate cookie cutter feel. There is a variety of members from old to young, and everybody wanting to improve themselves.
